1. Delivery location
    We are a team from China, and all products will be shipped from Shanghai, China.
2. Delivery time
    Usually, we will ship the goods within 48 hours after receiving the order notification. If it involves handmade customized products (there will be prompts on the product page or title), there may be delays due to the time required for handmade production, but generally it will not exceed one week, and we will contact you via email to notify you.
3. Logistics selection
    A legitimate global logistics service provider generally has tracking information throughout the logistics process, and the logistics delivery time is moderate. For example, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to ship from Shanghai to the United States.
4. Logistics costs
    Normally, we bear the logistics costs, unless there are corresponding prompts on the page for products with lower unit prices.
5. Customs clearance and tax fees
    All expenses under this item will be borne by us.
